FAQ

Digital downloads

How do I get my file after I buy?

Our printables are instant digital downloads. You get access to your file right after checkout. Nothing is posted.

What file formats do you use?

Colouring books, workbooks and the starting-nursery kit are PDF files. The Gothic Halloween wall art bundle is 76 JPG image files in one ZIP download. Each product page lists its format and page count.

I can't open my file. What should I do?

PDFs open in a PDF reader on a computer, tablet or phone. For the ZIP bundle, extract (unzip) the folder first, then open the JPG files. If a file still won't open or seems damaged, contact us through our Contact page and we'll help.

Licence

What am I allowed to do with the files?

Your purchase includes a personal and classroom use licence. You can print as many copies as you need for your own home and for your own classroom or students.

What isn't allowed?

Commercial use, reusing the artwork or pages in products for sale, reselling, redistributing, sharing the files or uploading them for others to download. Full terms: Digital Downloads & Licence.

I'm a teacher. Can I use these with my class?

Yes. You can print copies for your own classroom or students. Colleagues who'd like to use the files should buy their own copy.

Printing tips

What paper size should I use?

Our PDF colouring books and workbooks are made to print on A4 or US Letter. Choose "fit to page" (or scale to fit) in your print settings so the artwork stays inside your printer's margins.

Do I have to print the whole book?

No. Print only the pages you want, one at a time if you like, and reprint favourites as often as you need within the licence.

Which paper works best?

Thicker paper or card handles markers and gel pens better than standard copy paper. Test your pens on a spare sheet first, and put a protective sheet underneath when using markers. For the printable wall art, a matte paper suits the moody style. Colours can vary slightly between printers and papers.

Can I colour on a tablet?

Yes. Import the PDF into an app that supports PDF import and drawing. App compatibility varies.
